Minimum Stay:  There is a two night minimum stay for cabin or lodge reservations that include a Friday or Saturday night.  Holiday dates may require a three night minimum stay.  During off-season (Dec – Feb) minimum stays may be waived.


Cedar Crest Lodge rents as the entire unit.  Individual rooms are not available for rent.

Check in time is 2 pm and Check out time is 11 am for both Lodge and Cabin.  We may be able to accommodate earlier or later check-in/check-out times if advised prior to stay.

Reservations


Cedar Crest Lodge: A deposit of 50% of total rental fee is required at time of booking. Fees may be paid in Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Balance is due on or before check-in date. Reservations also require a signed rental agreement to be received within 10 days in order for us to continue holding the reservation.  Your rental agreement will be emailed or mailed when we book your reservation.  Please notify us if you do not receive your rental agreement as it is crucial to your reservation.

 

Cedar Crest Cabin:  The full rental fee is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing by email or letter.


Lodge Cancellation Policy:

  • For cancellations made within three (3) business days of signing the Rental Agreement all money will be refunded less a $100 administrative charge.Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to the reservation, all parties agree that 50% of the paid deposit shall be retained as a processing fee, unless reservation is re-booked at the time of cancellation for a future date within one year.
  • Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the reservation, all parties agree that the full deposit shall be retained as a processing fee.
  • Cedar Crest Lodge and Cabin may cancel rentals due to inclement weather, emergency conditions, or “acts of God” beyond our control.  In case of cancellation initiated by Cedar Crest Lodge & Cabin, for such purposes, all rental and deposit monies will be refunded.

Cabin Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made within three (3) business days of signing the Rental Agreement all money will be refunded less a $25 administrative charge.
  • Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the reservation, all parties agree that the 50% of rental fees shall be retained as a processing fee, unless reservation is re-booked at the time of cancellation for a future date within one year. 
  • Cedar Crest Lodge & Cabin may cancel rentals due to inclement weather, emergency conditions, or “acts of God” beyond our control.  In case of cancellation initiated by Cedar Crest Lodge & Cabin, all rental and deposit monies will be refunded.
