The Property

 

Cedar Crest Lodge is a private luxury lodge located in the Ponca Wilderness area near the Buffalo National River. It is not a traditional lodge where you rent just a room…you get to rent the entire place! In addition to the Lodge we have now remodeled the cabin on the property, which is available for individuals, couples and small families. Adds Creek, which is tributary to the Buffalo River, runs through the property and stone stairs provide private access. Cedar Crest is located on Highway 43 in Ponca, just 5 miles north of the Highway 21 intersection. We are an easy drive for a vacation or business getaway from major towns in northwest Arkansas.  From Fayetteville you can be at our lodge or cabin in just over an hour.

CEDAR CREST LODGE

THE LODGE is currently owned and operated by Den and Sheilah Roenfeldt, Rivercrest Ventures, LLC. They live in Fayetteville with their four children and were long-time clients of the lodge prior to purchasing it in 2010. Scott and Andrea Arend are the original owners and builders of the lodge and opened for business in 2002.

 

The lodge has over 6,000 square feet: a great room with wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining/meeting room with a wood burning fireplace, four master suites with a queen bed... Click here for more information and photos.

 

Cedar Crest CabinCEDAR CREST CABIN

THE CABIN was the original structure built long ago on the site of the current Cedar Crest Lodge.  It was moved to the current location and remodeled into an office for the original owners in 2002.  It has now been remodeled into a cabin ideal for couples and small families and opened for business in November 2010.
