Weddings– Are you dreaming of that unique setting or destination for your wedding?  Cedar Crest Lodge offers both a beautiful outdoor setting and an in-state destination style wedding location.   Instead of celebrating your special day for a few hours, enjoy the festivities for an entire weekend!  Weddings typically book Cedar Crest Lodge for the entire weekend, saving you extra expenses for lodging and set up time.

 

Cedar Crest Lodge is ideal for outdoor weddings, featuring a large deck with a bridge spanning Adds Creek, leading to an upper pavilion, a perfect place for you to exchange vows!  Our lodge features an impressive blend of native stone, redwood, cedar, cherry and cypress with stunning architectural elements throughout.  A spectacular spiral staircase is perfect for bridal photos!

 

There are four master suites with a queen bed: each has a separate sitting room area containing a single sofa sleeper.  The two upper suites have an unusual stepladder leading up to a large sleeping loft with two full-sized beds and one single fold-out sleeper.

 

A romantic cabin is located next door to the lodge and is perfect for you to honeymoon in while your friends and family stay in the lodge.  The cabin does rent separate from the lodge, so be sure to reserve both!

 

We are an easy drive from anywhere in Northwest Arkansas.  From Fayetteville you can be at Cedar Crest in just over an hour, from Harrison less than 30 minutes and 2.5 hours from Little Rock.

 

Bridal tours are available; give us a call to arrange a time.  Visit our wedding photos on Facebook at Cedar Crest Lodge and Cabin for ideas on ceremony set up.  Cedar Crest Lodge does enforce a guest limit for all celebrations and events of no more than 80 guests due to space limitations.

Family Events / Group Getaways– Cedar Crest Lodge is also the ideal setting for your anniversaries, birthdays and family reunions!  With room for 22 people you can enjoy spending quality time visiting yet there is enough room to spread out.  Join the many families who have celebrated their milestone events with us!  If you would like to invite additional people out for the party, your event will fall under our Celebrations / Event Rules and Policies.  Questions?  Give us a call!

Business Retreats– Looking for a unique place where you will not be interrupted for your next business retreat or team building session? Cedar Crest Lodge allows you to focus and stay on topic. With our large entertainment area and versatile layout you can meet all together or break down into smaller work groups.  Enjoy the natural setting to stimulate your creativity.  Wireless internet access is accessible inside and on the large deck.  Local caterers and other services available upon advance request. We do offer day only rentals, just give us a call to discuss! Remember cell phones do not work the valley!

 

Event Fee:

 

$750 - Event fee (non-negotiable)
$500 – Security / Damage Deposit
Event fees apply to any celebration, event, wedding or other occasion in which more than 25 guests (including those staying overnight) are expected.  Included in your event fee will be a Cedar Crest Lodge and Cabin staff member to assist with policy guidance and logistics.  A refundable $500 security deposit is also required for events.

 

Event fees are in addition to the lodge rental rates
Cedar Crest Lodge – $850 / weekend nights – two nights minimum stay required.  $650 / weekday night.  $425 / day use only – no overnight, weekdays only, guest limited to 25.

Remember our cabin is also available for rental; be sure to ask when booking.

 

Fees may be paid in Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).  Celebration reservations also require a signed special event contract to be received within 10 days in order for us to continue holding the reservation.  Your contract will be emailed or mailed when we book your reservation.  Please notify us if you do not receive your special event contract as it is crucial to your reservation.


Event Cancellation:
All cancellations must be in writing by email or letter.

 

For cancellations made within three (3) business days of signing this Rental Agreement all money will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.

 

Cancellations made more than ninety (90) days in prior to event date, all parties agree that $250 shall be retained from the security deposit as a processing fee.

 

Cancellations made ninety (90) days or less before the event day, all parties agree that the full $500 security deposit shall be retained as a processing fee.

 

Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event, all parties agree that the full $500 deposit, the full $750 event fee and one night rental of $850 shall be retained as a processing fee.

 

Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the event, all parties agree that the full rental fees and event fee shall be retained as a processing fee.  Your Security deposit will be refunded in full.

 

Cedar Crest Lodge & Cabin may cancel rentals due to inclement weather, emergency conditions, or “acts of God” beyond our control.  In case of cancellation initiated by Cedar Crest Lodge & Cabin for such purposes, all rental and deposit monies will be refunded.

 

Event Policies
Celebrations at Cedar Crest Lodge require a signed rental agreement to ensure safety of our clients and protection of our property.  We are required to abide by local laws which apply to our clients during a stay.

 

We have included a link to a sample of our special event contract so you can review it before deciding to book your event with us.  Upon making a reservation and deposit, you will receive a personalized rental agreement for review and signature.
